As described in an earlier post, we hold a strong conviction that the most promising path toward a world of mutually assured thriving lies in providing an alternative for those who haven’t yet been fully captured by the dominant paradigm. By offering young people a new way forward—one that isn’t rooted in extraction and exploitation—we believe we can catalyze lasting change. As a practical approach, we’ve set a cutoff age, choosing to focus our efforts on individuals 25 years old and younger.

At the same time, we recognize that by focusing on youth, we risk excluding an enormous reservoir of potential: the incredible individuals and groups who have managed to free themselves from the cognitive, physical, and emotional constraints of the current system, as well as those on the verge of doing so. These people—and you might be one of them—have been tested by life, have accumulated deep and valuable experience in navigating complex challenges, and possess resources that could help build the infrastructures of a heliogenic civilization. Their wisdom, resilience, and capacity to contribute are invaluable assets to this movement. We see these individuals as essential allies, mentors, and supporters in our journey toward a regenerative future.

Over the past seven years, we’ve developed and tested a range of formats designed to support individuals and groups in their journey of liberating themselves from the dominant paradigm. In recent years, we’ve integrated these methods into a comprehensive framework and have been running it as a retreat with increasingly larger groups. So far, more than one hundred people have benefited from this experience, finding tools and insights to help them break free from the constraints of the current system. Now, we’re ready to share this framework with the world more openly, inviting others to join in this process of personal and collective transformation.

In a one-week retreat, we offer a suite of tools to help participants deepen their understanding—and their felt sense—of the dynamics of the current system and its impact on their own lives. We guide them in envisioning and articulating a desirable future for the world, along with a clear sense of their place within it. Finally, we help them align these four key areas of insight—understanding the system, understanding its impact, envisioning a better world, and defining their role—into a coherent strategy that serves as the foundation for a tactical approach to personal and collective liberation.

We view the retreat as just the beginning—a foundational experience. Each participant receives a book and ongoing support to continue deepening this journey for at least one year, both individually and within a community of peers.

Our deepest hope in offering INFINITIVE is to identify the rare individuals with the capacity to make a profound impact on the creation of a civilization built on mutually assured thriving.
