Rory and i started talking a couple of weeks ago. Originally we had scheduled 30 minutes which effortlessly stretched to 90 minutes or more. The overlap in our situational assessment as well as our systemic responses was simply astounding.
We decided that this required deeper exploration and since we already knew 90 minutes wouldn’t be enough we aimed for 10 sessions of 1 hour in which we choose a different lens each time in order to weave a holistic picture - a picture that honors the complexity of the situation.
This is the first of these conversations. Once Rory and i have reached saturation, i already know who is coming next. And the one after … both absolutely outstanding humans.
